Swarna Shatabdi Express runs six days a week for the service of the passengers. The train number 2029 starts from New Delhi everyday except Thursdays at 7.20 hrs. in the morning and reaches New Amritsar at 13.15 hrs. While returning back to New Delhi, it carries the train number 2030 and starts at 17.00 hrs. in the evening from Amritsar on all the days except Thursdays. It comes back to New Delhi at 22.50 hrs.
